How long can I keep a container?
The contract terms outlined to meet your waste disposal needs will guide the duration of your rental period
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are pleased to accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card and mMoney.
Do you offer delivery and/or pick-up services on the weekend?
Yes. Skip Services will coordinate as needed to provide optimal service during our hours of operation.
Do you provide free site assessment services to help determine waste management needs?
Yes. We will facilitate a free site visit to help determine the best solution for your waste management needs
What type of waste cannot be placed in your containers?
Skip Services does not facilitate the collection of medical waste.
Will I need a permit/license to have one of your containers on my property?
No. A permit or license is not needed in this instance.
Do you assess the property/location where the container will be placed before delivery?
This is typically determined, if needed, during the free site visit to determine your waste management needs.
How soon can I receive my container once I place my order?
Once your order and payment is confirmed, you can expect to receive your container in 24 – 48 hours. You will be notified directly to coordinate delivery.
How soon can a container be picked up once the request is made?
Once your request is confirmed, you can expect the container to be collected within 24 – 48 hours. You will be notified directly to coordinate pick-up.
What happens if I overfill my container?
It is advised that containers should not be filled past the designated fill line. If you require another container, please contact us with your request. If we are called to collect a container that is overfilled, you will be charged the cost of an additional skip and will need to transfer the excess waste to the new skip.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will accept cancellation of your order if it is received before the delivery of the container. If you cancel after delivery, you will be charged the applicable 1-day rental cost
Do you offer services to help load containers?
No. We do not provide services to load containers.
